Jupiter takes approximately 12 years to cycle through the 12 signs – staying in each one for about a year. Jupiter now in Aries, a favorable placement, will remain in this sign until May 11th of this year. Its sign placement, Aries, is associated with a fiery disposition, promptness of action, and a dynamic and spontaneous nature. It can also relate to an independent, freedom-loving, and impatient disposition.

Now Jupiter, the planet associated with purpose, ambition, and determination is in Aries, a friendly position, in your first house – highlighting your personal self-expression. As Jupiter is also strongly connected with the 8th house of personal transformation, both these house - the 8th and the 12th - have a strong influence during this transit. Consequently, we may have a somewhat “expensive” temperament, with the desire for luxurious items. Just the idea of spending on some indulgence gives us a rush of pleasure. A word of caution, however, is that in whatever you do, remain loving and caring. Anything done now at the cost of someone else - besides making negative karma - can really backfire, so be straightforward in all your dealings with others.

Gemini ascendant - Jupiter in Aries in the 11th house

Having a Gemini ascendant, you are multidimensional and have many ideas. This can be a blessing as you rarely run out of concepts, although you need to focus and prioritize with so much going on in your mind. Jupiter is now in your 11th house, the house of gains. As it is also related to two other good houses, those being the 7th and 10th, you can have opportunities to gain from your colleagues, your spouse or any business contracts signed during this transit. Employment issues, such as looking for a job or climbing the corporate ladder can also work out well for you. You may discover that you are feeling more confident, courageous, and that you have greater initiative; you can work hard to achieve success.
